Checking The Engine Oil Level On An Alfa Stelvio/Giulia 2.0 Litre

These guides serve as an introduction into various Alfa maintenance tasks, and are designed to give Alfa owners a better understanding of the work that is involved. These are not full Alfa Romeo workshop manuals, where you will find the official techniques, technical specs and important safety considerations, which we would recommend you study before attempting any of these tasks.

From the digital display screen on the console…

…turn the control knob by the gear shift…

…to move the setting to ‘Car’ and click it.

Click it again on ‘Car Status’.

Then move to ‘oil level’.

It tells you to park on a flat surface with the engine idling for five minutes (or until the engine is fully up to operating temperature) to gauge an accurate reading. The white bar is showing that the oil is at its maximum level.

For changing the oil go to our ‘How To’ on Changing The Oil & Oil Filter On A Stelvio/Giulia 2.0 (280hp).
